Process:
- On ForSaleByTxt.com, seller fills out price, 50 character text description, contact info and all
specs related to the listing (i.e. for a house maybe number of bedrooms, size of lot, etc; for a car
maybe number of doors, engine type, etc), as well as uploads up to 6 photos of item.
- ForSaleByTxt.com gives seller instructions to place on For Sale sign.
- Buyer follows instructions on For Sale sign.
- Buyer gets price, 50 character description, and ForSaleByTxt.com URL texted back to them.
- Buyer can go to ForSaleByTxt.com mobile URL for more information and contact info.
- When Buyer follows instructions on For Sale sign, seller gets a text and/or email with
the buyer's phone number so they can follow up with the buyer.
- When seller logs onto ForSaleByTxt.com they can see how many people have requested information
on their listing as well as all phone numbers that did.
Who should use this listing:
- Sellers that do not already have their item listed on another mobile-friendly website.
- Sellers who want a webpage created for their item that can be used both on PCs and mobile phones.
- Sellers who are interested in following up on potential interested buyers.
- Sellers who do would like the extra exposure of being included in the ForSaleByTxt.com search results.
What seller needs to sign up:
- Price
- 50 character description
- Any specs and description the seller would like included in the webpage
- Up to 6 photos of the item
- Seller info
- Location of item (so it can appear in searches)
NOTES: - Seller does not need a mobile friendly website of listing, Gold listings have a page
created for their listings that potential buyers can view both through ForSaleByTxt.com texting
as well as through a URL provided to the seller
- Gold listings DO appear in ForSaleByTxt.com searches
