| How does this real estate technology work? |
| The Buyer Agent promotes the texting instructions to their current buyers, in their
advertising, on their website, etc. The instructions are not for a specific listing, but rather
generic for all listings (i.e. "For information on any property, text HOUSE to 25827").
Once the buyer follows the instructions, they will be sent a text asking for the address they would like to look up.
They then receive an SMS response with basic info and a URL. If they click on the URL, they are
taken to a mobile-optimized site (with your branding) to see photos, request a showing from you, etc.

| Why is this technology better than just calling you directly to inquire about an address? |
Your buyer will be getting the information when most engaged instead of having to leave a message
Your time is freed up from doing property searches on off hours
You can see a history of houses each of your buyers has texted about
New buyers that follow the instructions they see on an advertisement will see your branding and have their contact info sent to you
|
| |
| Why is this better than just jotting down the address to look it up online at home? |
Your buyer may drive by many homes in one outing and they may all jumble together by the time they get home
Your buyer can send you a showing request immediately (and not risk forgetting to do it later)
The listing will be on your buyer's phone for easy access
New buyers that follow the instructions they see on an advertisement will see your branding and have their contact info sent to you
