There is a minimum 1 month commitment to list your item using ForSaleByTxt.com. Once an order has been
placed, that Listing ID will be live for a (1) month period. There are no refunds given if an item is sold
or removed before the ForSaleByTxt.com's period expires. However, the Listing ID can be used for another item
by simply changing the listing details.
If the service is down for over (1) week, a partial refund will be given to the users whose listings
were down for that entire week. To apply for a refund, an email must be sent to info@forsalebytxt.com
and include the following:
- User ID
- Order ID
- Listing ID
- Dates the listing was down
- Refund request
All other refund requests not covered above can be emailed to info@forsalebytxt.com.
