| How does the partnership work? |
| The reseller sets up an account by contacting us. If applicable,
ForSaleByTxt can create an auto-import of records from the reseller to our database - this means
no manual entry! On a nightly basis new records will be inputted into ForSaleByTxt's database and
are then ready for texting. In most situations, the reseller can use their own existing unqiue ID for their items
- such as the last 8 characters of a car's VIN, or their own Stock Number - so again, seemless transition.

| Will the resellers' customer be confused with multiple companies? |
| Nope. ForSaleByTxt.com can be completely invisible. We bill the reseller, so their customers never know
they are using a third party solution. We also can point potential buyers to the listing on the reseller's website
so all branding seen belongs to the reseller.
